Job role: Marketing assistant
Opportunities/ job entail: The opportunities this entails helping out on marketing strategies, working in a team with others, Ensuring that all advertisement attracts the target audience and its not inappropriate for young children and all campaigns are ethical and keep to the laws such as copyright and patent act.
By working hard in a team and showing good leadership skills the marketing assistant can move up to marketing director or producer of the project as the person has shown they can take lead as well as working in a team and listening to other peoples ideas.

Etiquette is the customary code of polite behaviour in society or among members of a particular profession or group.


Why is etiquette important when working in a media industry?
Etiquette is important in the media industry as it gives the work place a sense of polite behaviour and how to treat others in the industry. It ensures people are treated fairly and not being worked over their hours or being discriminated  by other members of staff. It also means that the 9 protected characteristics are being politely treated and not being overlooked.


How does etiquette enable others to complete their role successfully?
Etiquette enables others to complete their roles successfully as people will feel valued in the work place as they are being treated politely and are not being overlooked or being seen as unimportant, therefore they will be motivated to work and complete their role successfully.
